Designed as an accelerator for young graduates and early career professionals, Malteurop's Graduate Programs aim to train our future managers in the specific features and know-how of our businesses, through the various entities of our company.
Our 2-year "Graduate" programs offer a development path specific to our businesses and know-how, providing a unique employee experience and the opportunity to grow within the VIVESCIA Group. By participating in this program, the candidate will discover the richness and technicality of our maltster's activity, in the grain cooperative environment, by successively occupying different positions within several Malteurop "Business Units", in France and abroad or through other VIVESCIA Group companies.
The aim of these rotational assignments, lasting 6 months each, is to develop skills and qualities of our young graduates in an international environment, with a view to joining a position of responsibility at the end.
This "Graduate Program" is not simply technical training or personal development, but is part of a personalized accompaniment of candidates throughout their career by a mentor, a member of the Group who follows his/her "godchild", advises him/her, guides him/her and helps him/her to develop his/her skills and professional network, and to make the most of his/her potential during the 24 months.
